طلبت استلام السيارة من الفندق وعند حضوره اخذ كل ما يلزم من وثائق لكي يضمن حقه وفوق ذلك أخذ وديعة 200دولار وقال بأنه سيعيدها مباشرة عندما يستلم السيارة ولم يعطيني عقد .. واضطررت للذهاب للمكتب وطلب عقد وتم طباعة عقد باللغة الجورجية؟!؟!
السيارة ليست نظيفة بشكل جيد ومع ذلك اشترط ان يتم تسليمها نظيفة والا سيتم فرض غرامة قدرها 50 لاري .. الزجاج الامامي مكسور..

قبل تسليم السيارة قمت بغسلها والتوجه مباشرة للفندق لتسليمها للمندوب وكان الجو مطر ..

عند تسليم السيارة رفض المندوب ارجاع مبلغ الوديعة بحجة ان السيارة غير نظيفة وعرضت عليه غسل السيارة مرة اخرى (مع انه تم غسلها) او دفع 10 لاري ليقوم هو بغسلها ورفض بشدة وحاول الهرب لذلك طلبت من موظف الفندق الاتصال بالشرطة وعند وصول الشرطة اجبرته على دفع مبلغ الوديعة ودفعت له مبلغ 10لاري..

لا انصح ابدا بالتعامل مع هذا المكتب حيث لايوجد مصداقية في التعامل بالاضافة لمحاولة التحايل من اجل اخذ مبلغ الوديعة..
